Helpdesk Support expert in MS Office versions 10, 2007 especially in Word required by a leading legal firm based in London near Moorgate Station paying up to £35,000.
As part of the Helpdesk Team of 5 you will deliver 1st & 2nd Line Support on Desktop, MS Office issues to 260 users delivering clear troubleshooting steps and training where necessary.
So that you can enjoy your mornings there is a shift pattern which includes 12 - 8pm allowing you to enjoy those late night films, clubbing, gaming and lay ins, or the gym and missing the rush hour. Other shifts start at 8.30am, all Monday to Friday, so weekends off too.
This First Line Support role would suit someone who has in depth experience and enjoys giving first line and second line desktop support in MS Office to both in house users and remote users for which they use VPN, Citrix and RSA and BES, Blackberry's
Although beneficial training will be given in Interwoven Desksite, Lotus Notes, DTE (time recording), Visio, Workshare Compare, Laserforms, Adobe Acrobat, Internet Explorer, Remote Access (inc. VPN, Citrix, RSA), video conferencing
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy corporate environment with the ability to learn new software and terminologies quickly along with flexible working.
Hours: Monday - Friday 08.30 - 8:00pm Core hours are 12.00 to 8pm
Salary: £35k plus benefits.
