The consultant assigned to me, Ffion, helped to explain the various ways in which we could pay a short-term employee – such as through an umbrella company or putting them on our payroll, with Langley James invoicing us on a pro-rata basis.
She explained clearly the pros and cons of each payment method, and helped me come to the decision, ultimately saving the company money.

She was empathetic with our urgent requirements and sent me 3 qualified CVs within the hour, and even when our requirements changed to include extra skills she was quick to respond.

Along with the short summary written up by Ffion, I felt confident enough to chose a candidate without the need for interview. She organised for the candidate to start the following Monday, and has kept in regular contact with both me and the candidate to ensure that everything is going well.
