I would just like to thank Langley James for your help in recruiting two members of staff
for us over the past three months.
Gareth Lee, the Consultant allocated to MDU, has been very helpful, taking on board
the full requirements of the Job Specs as well as the fine details we had requested.
Langley James have kept their promise of sending pre-screened cv’s within just a few
days but they have not sacrificed quality just to make up the numbers. In addition,
when interviewing the candidates, they were always well briefed prior to the interview,
well presented and did not disappoint technically - testimony to the attention to
detail paid by Langley James during the recruitment process.
Not only has the communication between ourselves and Gareth been very easy, he has
repeatedly been swift to respond to requests for information or changes to
arrangements, dealing with all of the team has been a pleasant experience.
Finally, Langley James’ service following on from a successful placement has
been attentive. We have received regular, but not intrusive, contact from Gareth
checking on the candidates’ progress and I am aware he has also maintained contact
with the candidates and this has been reassuring.
