I have dealt with Langley James for over two years now, spanning two companies in which
time they have recruited a total of six contractors and three permanent members of staff
for me, including a replacement for myself when I moved between the two companies.
Langley James took the time to really understand the culture here at Start, as a Branding
Agency, with a variety of creative and non creative people, all with different work styles,
and our somewhat unusual bespoke technological infrastructure, we are predominantly
Mac based, but also run a Citrix Wintel environment. Most importantly though, the chaps at
Langley James really take the time to understand each specific job function for which they
are recruiting. This trait has been demonstrated consistently for each and every
placement.
They always, within agreed and sometimes short timeframes, endeavour to give a good
choice of relevant candidates, which has at times made our decision of final candidate
rather difficult. Always a preferable position to be in rather than having to choose from the
best of a bad bunch.
I would recommend James and his team purely from the quality of resulting members of
stall I have employed, but would also add that their professionalism and keenness to
understand my exact requirements have be an asset that I will certainly continue to draw
upon in the future.
